Office Flower Solutions rents ultra-realistic floral arrangements to offices and reception areas across Melbourne. Within six months of launching, the brand had landed over 50 clients, including Microsoft, BCG, Porsche, Hyatt, and Mercedes-Benz.
Fake flowers have a reputation. They’re often seen as tacky or outdated. The challenge was to shift that perception and create a brand sophisticated enough to sit in a Porsche showroom, yet full of personality.
We didn’t position Office Flower Solutions as a substitute for fresh flowers, but as the smarter choice. The subscription service offers all the style of fresh flowers, without any of the mess or maintenance. A clean, refined identity lets the arrangements take the spotlight, showing that artificial can be elegant. A slightly British tone of voice, paired with a friendly icon showing the founder Benjamin, adds warmth and personality—because it’s his energy that makes the business so special. The result is a brand that feels personal, polished, and just cheeky enough to surprise people.
